YDT120-2 Miniature Motor for Electro-hydraulic Thruster/ Brake

1. Introduction

This product is an indispensable driving power equipment in the lifting, metallurgy, mining, port, construction, chemical and other machinery industries, and is widely applicable to various types of brakes.

The motor has reached the level of precision from manufacturing to insulation, and has the characteristics of small size, light weight, reliable operation, convenient maintenance, and high power index.

2. Use of electric motor

(1) Conditions of use

The motor is used in 380V, 50Hz three-phase AC power; the altitude does not exceed 1000 meters; the temperature of the cooling medium does not exceed + 40 ℃.

(2) Precautions before use;

• Check whether the parts are complete and whether the fastening parts are loose.
• Pull the rotor by hand to listen for any noise such as friction and whether the bearing can rotate freely.
• Use a 500 Megohm meter to measure the phase-to-phase and ground-to-ground insulation resistance of the motor. The value must not be less than 0.5 Megohm. Otherwise, it must be dried until it reaches the requirements before it can be used.
• Check if the power voltage matches with the nameplate voltage.

3. Motor maintenance

The motor only needs to change the lubricating oil once every six months, and generally does not need to be repaired. Lithium grease (Q / SY1002-65) can be chosen.
