Keep the electric actuator accessories logic control board and three-phase brake output board running and pressing the SET button for 5-10 seconds. When the digital tube displays “0000” and the first digit flashes, enter the menu unlocking password matching interface (The default password: 1234), press the UP and DOWN keys to adjust the value, short press the SET key to shift, enter the main menu after the four passwords are entered correctly, GAMX intelligent digital position locator has 12 parameters required to set. When the digital tube displays P, it means that the current is in the main menu, and the number behind means the debugging content code.

P5 for the given 4mA calibration

Displaying 5-04, the control board should receive the standard 4mA current value as the reference for the given current. Press the SET button to save the value and return to the main menu.

P6 for the given 20mA calibration

Displaying 6-20, the control board should receive the standard 20mA current value as the reference for the given current. Press the SET button to save the value and return to the main menu.

P7 for the feedback current 4mA calibration

Displaying 7-04, connect the ammeter to the current output terminal, at this time, the control board outputs the standard 4mA current value, if there is an error, press the UP and DOWN buttons to adjust the output current (accurate to 0.01mA). After the adjustment, press the SET button to save and return to the main menu.

P8 for the feedback current 20mA calibration

Displaying 8-20, connect the ammeter to the current output terminal. At this time, the control board outputs the standard 20mA current value. If there is an error, press the UP and DOWN buttons to adjust the output current (accurate to 0.01mA). After the adjustment, press the SET button to save and return to the main menu.

P9 for Relay1 alarm content selection

Press UP, DOWN key to select:

9-01: Open limit alarm

9-02: break signal alarm

9-03: Local/remote control mode indication (normally open is remote control mode, normally closed is local mode)

Press SET to save and return to the main menu.

P10 for Relay 2 alarm content selection

Press UP, DOWN key to select:

10-1: Close limit alarm

10-2: Over torque alarm

10-3: Power down alarm (normally open means power-on state, normally closed means power-down state)

Press SET to save and return to the main menu.
