EN-60742 CL-2 Actuator Transformer
The electric actuator transformer EN-60742 can set the position of the actuator arbitrarily. It is with the function of “electric braking”, that is, the actuator can automatically produce electrical braking when approaching to the control balance point to prevent overshoot and vibration.
The “anti-blocking” function means that when the valve is stuck in the process of “opening” or “closing”, and exceeding the blocking recognition time, the actuator can stop the motor to protect it. When the control signal and valve position feedback signal are disconnected, the actuator position can be set arbitrarily.
The two-point calibration of electric actuators “fully open” and “fully closed” is carried out by using the button setting, no longer by potentiometer to adjust zero point and full range.
- Control input signal: 4～20 mA. Other signals can be customized (such as 0～10 mA, 0～5V, 1～5V, 0～10 V).
- Valve Position Isolation and Transmission Output Signal: 4-20 mA. Others can be customized (such as 0～10 mA, 0～5V, 1～5V).
- Valve Position Input Potentiometer Signal: 1 kΩ～10kΩ.
- Valve Opening/ Closing Control Output: DC 0～15V voltage signal.
