XMTA 7000 Series Programmable Double Loops Cascade PID Controller
XMPA7000 Series Dual-Loop Cascade Control Programmable Regulator with 5 Analog Inputs (AI), 2 Analog Outputs (AO), 1 Switched Input, 4 Switched Outputs, and Rich Control Algorithms. Applicable to boiler drum water level three impulse control or two impulse control and steam drum water level pressure compensation function; suitable for boiler main steam temperature desuperheating water cascade control; suitable for general industrial process temperature, pressure, liquid level, flow rate, etc. Cascade control of various process parameters, feedforward control, dual loop control, etc. It can be equipped with a backup operator and cooperates with the backup controller for manual/automatic bumpless switching.
1.2.1. 5 analog inputs (AI)
l IN1 (PV1) and IN2 (PV2) are the measurement input terminals of the controlled process parameters. They can receive any input signal such as various thermal resistance, thermocouple, standard signal, etc. The indexing number between similar signals can be switched. Ready to use.
l IN3 (PV3) feedforward input terminal can receive any standard signal such as 0-10mA/4-20mA/0-5V/1-5V. The above input signals can be switched between buttons, that is, ready to use.
l IN4 (PV4) can receive any standard signal such as 0-10mA/4-20mA/0-5V/1-5V, and the above input signals can be switched between buttons, that is, ready to use.
It can be used with the backup operator and the valve position feedback (OUT) input to cooperate with DI1 to realize the backup operator hand/automatic bumpless switching.
l IN5 is the input end of the steam drum pressure signal. It can accept any standard signal such as 0-10mA/4-20mA/0-5V/1-5V. It can be switched between the above index numbers.
1.2.2. 2 analog outputs (AO)
l OUT is the control circuit output with loop (loop 2), 0-10mA/4-20mA/0-5V/1-5V output is optional.
l OUT1 is the main loop (loop 1) control output or (PV1, PV2) transmission output.
1.2.3. 1 digital input (DI1)
l The DI1 input only receives the dry contact signal, which is used to receive the manual status signal of the backup operator, and cooperates with the analog input IN4 to realize the backup operator hand/automatic bumpless switching.
1.2.4. 4 relay outputs (DO)
l Relays 1 and 2 are the upper and lower alarms for PV1 values, respectively.
l Relays 3 and 4 are the upper and lower limit alarms for PV2 values, respectively
1.2.5. Loop 2 (or attached circuit) can be equipped with a backup operator and manual/automatic bumpless switching of the backup operator.
1.2.6. PID parameter expert self-tuning (this instrument does not provide this function)
l Unique expert self-tuning PID algorithm, which can automatically adapt to various industrial sites, self-tuning success rate of more than 95%.
1.2.7. The main controller of the cascade controller can be automatically controlled step by step to facilitate on-site debugging and PID parameter tuning.
1.2.8. Security Control Function.
1.2.9. XMPA7000 programmable regulator has safety control function. If equipment failure occurs, safety valve position output and output hold mode can be selected to ensure the safety of process production equipment.
1.2.10. Power failure memory function
l After the power is turned off, the regulator can be powered on, and the control parameters and working status before the power failure can be remembered to ensure the continuity of production and the safety of the equipment.
