Concrete Pump Hose
Product Introduction
It is also called Concrete Pump and Placement Hose/ Pump Rubber Hose.
Application: Suitable for high-rise buildings, roads, tunnels, water conservancy projects, nuclear power plants and other construction machinery, concrete pump trucks and other rubber hoses.
Installation: It is used for the tail of the pump to transport concrete to the pouring position. It can resist suction when cleaning. It is usually equipped with a buckled hardened joint.
Temperature range: -40℃—-+85℃
Product structure: inner rubber layer, reinforcing layer (steel wire), outer rubber layer.
Classification:
Type A: The hose reinforcing layer is a cord ply;
Type B: The hose reinforcing layer is composed of layers by wire rope winding.
Type C: The hose reinforcing layer is wire rope enwinding.
Type D: The hose reinforcing layer is wire rope enwinding.
