Intelligent Control Module JS-6188MK
The two digits on the right in the digital display window on the module is for the opening value (percentage) of the actuator. When the upper bar at the first position on the left is on, it indicates that the output arm of the actuator is rotating forward; when the lower bar at the first position on the left is on, it indicates that the output arm of the actuator is reversed; when the middle horizontal bar on the first position on the left is on, it means that the actuator is in the manual state of the TJ-6188 module; when the first digit on the left is off, it means that the actuator is in an automatic state and accepts 4-20mA signal control.
The module’s setting key has two functions:
- Long press the key for 30 seconds to enter the setting state.
- Short press this key to switch between automatic state and manual state.
The increase button and decrease button of the module have two functions:
- It is used to increase or decrease the parameter value in the setting state.
2. When the actuator is in the manual state of the TJ-6188 module, that is, in the non-set state, it is used to manually adjust the forward and reverse rotation of the actuator.
