ZJY Shaft Mounted Cylindrical Gear Reducer
Introduction:
ZJYLH250 shaft-mounted cylindrical gear reducer (JB/T7007-1993) directly hangs on the main machine power input shaft, omitting the connection accessory and the reducer mounting platform between the machine and the reducer, suitable for the parallel axis. It is mainly used for the drive of belt conveyors and bucket elevators, belt conveyors, scraper conveyors, and also for transmissions of other types of mechanical equipment.
The tooth surface is hardened and ground by low carbon alloy steel. Compared with the ZJ series, the output torque are same, but ZJY weight is only about 30% of ZJ. And ZJY has large carrying capacity, high transmission efficiency, reliable use and long life. The product can be operated in both directions, and can be equipped with a built-in backstop device as needed to achieve one-way braking.
