The Secondary Belt Cleaner/Scraper with Alloy Blade
Description:
- a) Installed on the head pulley to provide effective cleaning

- c) Wear-resistant polyurethane blade doesn’t damage the belt and extend belt life
- d) Adjusting spring tensioners make sure consistent pressure and effective cleaning. When the blade wears or the belt jumps,the scraper will follow up automatically to ensure good contact.
- e)The scraper adopts imported urethane methyl ethyl oxalate and various additives as raw materials, and has low frication coefficient, corrosion resistance, rupture resistance, none damage on adhesive tapes, and stable safety.
Application Scope:
Belt Width: 650~2000 mm
Suitable for the mechanical buckles and vulcanized joints;
Suitable for poor environmental conditions.
